Mike Bickle
Chancellor, IHOPU
Director, International House of Prayer
Mike Bickle is the director of the International House of Prayer, an evangelical missions organization based on 24/7 prayer with worship. Mike is also the founder of International House of Prayer University, which includes full-time ministry, music, and media schools. He is the author of several books, including Passion for Jesus, Growing in the Prophetic, The Pleasures of Loving God, After God’s Own Heart, and Prayers to Strengthen Your Inner Man. Mike’s teaching emphasizes growing in passion for Jesus through intimacy with God, doing evangelism and missions work from the place of night-and-day prayer, and the end times. Mike and his wife, Diane, have two married sons and four grandchildren.
Allen Hood
President, IHOPU
Associate Director, International House of Prayer
Allen Hood (MDiv, Asbury Theological Seminary) serves as the associate director of the International House of Prayer of Kansas City. He is deeply committed to promoting the establishment of unceasing corporate worship and intercession in every tribe, tongue, and nation. His highest call as an intercessory missionary and a leader in the prayer movement is to intercede for the fullness of God to be released in the Church worldwide and to labor for the strengthening of the global prayer and missions movement. Allen also serves as president of International House of Prayer University. The school’s mandate is to equip and send out missionaries as dedicated intercessors and evangelists who will work to see revival within the Church and a harvest among those searching for God. Allen resides in Kansas City with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons.

Shelley Hundley
Executive Vice President, IHOPU
Shelley Hundley has been on the senior leadership of the International House of Prayer (IHOPKC) since its inception in 1999 as one of the original five interns who helped launch the International House of Prayer under Mike Bickle’s leadership. In addition to serving as vice president of Training at International House of Prayer University, she helps direct the IHOPKC prophetic ministry department. Born and raised on the mission field in Medellin, Colombia, Shelley was radically saved during her sophomore year at Asbury College through the intercession and testimony of a small band of students praying for revival on their campus. Fluent in four languages, Shelley is passionate to see the nations of the earth prepared for the return of Christ and to see 24/7 prayers for justice combined with 24/7 works of justice.

Wes Hall
Provost, IHOPU
Vice President, IHOPU Ministries
Wes Hall has been part of the leadership team of the International House of Prayer since 2000, and a faculty member of IHOPU since its inception. Formerly a practicing lawyer in the UK, Wes now focuses his energies on teaching biblical classes at IHOPU. He has a particular passion to see God’s people gain a clear understanding of the crucial place of Israel in God’s plan. Wes is married to Carol, and they have three young children.

Chuck Metteer
Vice President of Training, IHOPU
Director, Forerunner School of Ministry
Chuck Metteer (BS, University of Redlands; MDiv, PhD, Fuller Theological Seminary) taught at Fuller Theological Seminary, Vineyard Leadership Institute, and Harvest International School, before joining the International House of Prayer University team. His research and teaching specialty is in desert spirituality and practical theology. Additionally, Chuck is preparing a new version of the Bible for World For Jesus Ministries. He also pastored in the Calvary Chapel and Vineyard movements for over fifteen years. He and his wife, Karen, moved to Kansas City in 2010 from California. Chuck’s burden is to train students in spiritual formation from an end-time ministry perspective.

Doug Conder
Vice President of Administration, IHOPU
Doug Conder (BSEd, MEd, Abilene Christian University; PhD, University of Kansas) joined the IHOPU leadership team in June 2009 as Vice President of Administration. His background is in college administration and fundraising. Doug and his wife, Kimberly, moved to Kansas City from Texas in June 2008 with their children, Hampton and Rees.

Murray Hiebert
Director, Forerunner Music Academy
Murray Hiebert and his wife, Deborah, have been a part of the International House of Prayer since its early years. After being a worship leader in Minneapolis, MN, Murray moved to Kansas City with a desire to see the nations of the earth sing songs of love to Jesus. Murray led worship at the house of prayer for years, giving leadership to singers, musicians, and worship leaders. Murray and Deborah recently returned to Kansas City after a time in Colorado Springs, CO, where they planted and led a prayer room to declare the great worth of Christ. God has given Murray and Deborah four beautiful children.

Jono Hall
Director, Forerunner Media Institute
Jono Hall is director of Media at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City and director of IHOPU’s Forerunner Media Institute. Jono graduated with an honors law degree from Exeter University, UK, in 1999. He went on to work for GOD TV, directing distribution, where he saw distribution increase from approximately five million homes to fifty million homes. Since moving to the United States and joining the International House of Prayer (IHOPKC), Jono has served on the IHOPKC senior leadership team since 2003.
