He is also the founder of International House of Prayer University, which includes full-time ministry, music, media, and missions schools. Mike is the author of several books, including Growing in Prayer, Passion for Jesus, Growing in the PropheticThe Pleasures of Loving God, After God’s Own Heart, and Prayers to Strengthen Your Inner Man. Mike’s teaching emphasizes growing in passion for Jesus through intimacy with God, doing evangelism and missions work from the place of night-and-day prayer, and the end times. Mike and his wife, Diane, have two married sons and five grandchildren.

Ronnie Floyd

Dr. Ronnie Floyd has been a pastor for over 38 years. His experience, wisdom, and passion for God make him a powerful proclaimer of God’s Word. He teaches principles from the Bible that encourage and uplift thousands of people all over the world. In addition to serving as Senior Pastor of Cross Church, Dr. Floyd has been a strategic leader in the Southern Baptist Convention for decades and and currently serves as President. His ministry has been one of commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and the advancement of the Gospel to America and around the world.

Beyond his church and denomination, Pastor Floyd has authored 20 books, spoken at many national and international conferences such as Promise Keepers, and has been featured on numerous television and radio programs including Focus on the Family. He and his wife, Jeana, have been married for 38 years. They have two sons, and six grandchildren.

Daniel Kolenda

Daniel Kolenda is a modern missionary evangelist who has led more than 10 million people to Christ through massive open-air evangelistic campaigns in some of the most dangerous, difficult, and remote locations on earth. He is a gifted preacher whose ministry is marked by incredible miracles—healing the blind, the lame, the deaf, the leper, and even raising the dead—and powerful evangelism, but most importantly, a passion to see the gospel preached to the poor. Daniel is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry in Pensacola, Florida, but his greatest education has come from the years of ministry side-by-side with his mentor, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke. Daniel and his wife, Rebekah, reside in Orlando with their children, Elijah, Gloria, and London.

Allen Hood

Allen Hood (MDiv, Asbury Theological Seminary) serves as the associate director of the International House of Prayer of Kansas City. He is deeply committed to promoting the establishment of unceasing corporate worship and intercession in every tribe, tongue, and nation. His highest call as an intercessory missionary and a leader in the prayer movement is to intercede for the fullness of God to be released in the Church worldwide and to labor for the strengthening of the global prayer and missions movement. Allen also serves as president of International House of Prayer University. The school’s mandate is to equip and send out missionaries as dedicated intercessors and evangelists who will work to see revival within the Church and a harvest among those searching for God. Allen resides in Kansas City with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons.

Misty Edwards

Misty Edwards helped start the International House of Prayer in 1999 and has been a worship leader and songwriter here ever since. She serves on the senior leadership team and gives oversight to all our worship leaders, musicians, and singers who serve in the prayer room. Misty’s hunger for reality and encounter with Jesus fuels her worship leading, songwriting, and preaching. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, her music has impacted thousands. Misty desires that her worship would bring people into the place of encounter with the heart of the Lord. Her passion is to see singers and songwriters step into their role as forerunners who have a message concerning God’s personality and the return of His Son.

Steffany Gretzinger

Steffany Frizzell Gretzinger grew up in a musical home and has been involved in worship ministry since she was a child. She carries a powerful prophetic voice and pursues the Lord with raw passion, faith, and confidence in His presence.

Steffany is part of the Bethel Music family as a worship leader and artist and is featured on recent albums including Tides, For the Sake of the World, The Loft Sessions, and Be Lifted High. Her first solo album, The Undoing, was released in 2014 and continues to top the charts. Steffany ministers in the US as well as internationally.

Amanda Cook (formerly Amanda Falk) is an award-winning singer-songwriter and worship leader from Medicine Hat, Canada. She is part of the Bethel Music family and ministers as a worship leader and artist in the US and internationally. Amanda has written many anthemic worship songs including "You Make Me Brave," "Closer," "I Will Exalt," and "Shepherd."

She is featured on albums such as You Make Me Brave, For the Sake of the World, and Be Lifted High. In 2014, Amanda received three Covenant Awards from GMA Canada: “Female Vocalist of the Year,” “Song of the Year,” and “Praise and Worship Song of the Year” for her worship song "You Make Me Brave."

Matt Maher

Since his 2008 major label debut, Maher has become a staple in the artistic and songwriting community. A five time-GRAMMY® nominee, he has garnered multiple radio successes writing and recording songs like “Lord, I Need You,” “Hold Us Together,” “Christ Is Risen,” “All The People Said Amen” and “Your Grace Is Enough.” Maher has penned songs recorded by Chris Tomlin, Crowder, Third Day, Matt Redman, Hillsong, Passion and Meredith Andrews, among others. Maher continues to perform and speak as a part of global high-profile events, including the upcoming World Meeting of Families, marking Pope Francis’ first visit to the US this year. In 2013, Maher performed on stage with Pope Francis in front of more than 3 million people at World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro. Maher and his team are already in the planning stages of participating in World Youth Day 2016 taking place in the summer of 2016 in Krakow, Poland.

Wes Hall has been part of the leadership team of the International House of Prayer of Kansas City since 2000, and a faculty member of International House of Prayer University (IHOPU) since its inception. Formerly a practicing lawyer in the City of London, UK, Wes now focuses his energies on intercession for revival and working to see a culture of prayer established throughout the Body of Christ globally. He has a passion to see God’s people gain a clear understanding of their identity in Christ that would overflow in lives of radical obedience to Jesus in every area of society. He and his wife, Carol, have four young children.

Corey Russell

Corey Russell serves on the senior leadership team of the International House of Prayer, having been part of the core team since 2000, and is an instructor at International House of Prayer University. With a mission to disciple and train young preachers and leaders, Corey travels nationally and internationally preaching on the knowledge of God, intercession, and the forerunner ministry. He is the author of four books, including Prayer: Why Our Words to God Matter and The Glory Within. Corey resides in Kansas City with his wife, Dana, and their three daughters, Trinity, Mya, and Hadassah.

Stuart Greaves

Stuart Greaves (MSEd Full Sail University) is the director of IHOPU Online at International House of Prayer University, where he teaches Eschatology, The Existence and Attributes of God, Hebrews, Ephesians, A Theology of Social Justice, and Christology. Stuart is the author of False Justice: Unveiling the Truth about Social Justice and is currently a ThM student at Dallas Theological Seminary.

At the International House of Prayer, he also gives oversight to the NightWatch—the night hours of the 24/7 prayer and worship schedule—and the African American Forerunner Alliance, a ministry focusing on the prophetic role of black believers. With a vision to see Christ revealed by the Holy Spirit to the depths of the hearts of God's people, Stuart travels nationally and internationally teaching on the forerunner message, intercession, and the knowledge of God. He is married to Esther, his wife of sixteen years, and resides in Kansas City.

Laura Hackett Park

Laura Hackett Park discovered meeting the Lord in music from the tender age of two, and she went on to study music theory in college. Her motivation for music and songwriting comes from a desire to draw people back to God. Laura’s songs and vocals have been featured on numerous Forerunner Music compilations and Onething Live albums.

Laura has recorded two full-length albums, Laura Hackett (2009) and Love Will Have Its Day (2014), which was produced by legendary multi-Grammy-Award-winner Brown Bannister. She serves today as a worship leader and prolific songwriter at the International House of Prayer, and she is married to fellow worship leader and Forerunner Music artist Jonas Park.

Jon Thurlow

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in sacred music, Jon came to Kansas City in 2004 for the Fire in the Night internship, and has served as a worship leader at IHOPKC ever since. Jon lives in Kansas City with his wife, Kinsey. They look to the day when every knee will bow before Jesus and every mouth will confess Him as Lord.

Justin Rizzo

Raised in New York, Justin Rizzo moved to Kansas City in 2004. He has been leading worship at the International House of Prayer ever since, producing three full-length albums. His desire is to see this generation to make God first and prepare the way for His return. Justin lives in Kansas City with his wife, Naomi, and their daughter, Liberty.

Brenton Dowdy

Originally from Texas, Brenton has been leading worship since 2000. Throughout his years of ministry, Brenton felt the Lord awaken a hunger for night-and-day prayer and worship through a series of spiritual encounters. In 2014, Brenton and his wife, Cara, came to Kansas City with their two children to participate in the Intro to IHOPKC internship. Brenton and Cara currently serving on staff at IHOPKC, where they are empowered to walk out their God-given passions for night-and-day prayer, songwriting, and serving the nations.

Rachel Faagutu

Rachel has been leading worship for twenty years, mostly as a worship pastor for local churches and conferences. Rachel and her husband, Wallace, have been working as intercessory missionaries at the International House of Prayer for the past five years, where they have found strength in singing the Word and spending time in prayer. In 2012, they produced a children's worship album, "Little Songbirds." They are excited to present "Little Songbirds 2" at this year's Onething conference. Rachel and Wallace have three young children.
