Head of Customer Service

REPORTS TO: Director of Mobilization/Recruitment

WORK HOURS: Full-Time Position

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a vibrant individual who will direct and oversee IHOPKC’s Customer Service policies, initiatives and service team. The role will work on improving the overall customer service experience, initiate customer service surveys and review customer feedback, troubleshoot customer problems and implement resolutions.

SKILLS

  • Previous work experience as a customer service manager
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to strategize and implement processes
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Analyze and maintain systems and daily functions to ensure excellent customer service, efficiency and effectiveness

EDUCATION

College degree or equivalent preferred

REMUNERATION

IHOPKC Staff operate as designated support raisers as part of IHOPKC staff, however there is also a missionary stipend connected to this position which can be discussed at interview.
