What Is Awakening Teen Camp?
Our annual Awakening Teen Camp goes deep into the key themes of loving Jesus with a lifestyle of prayer, worship, justice, and missions. ATC is for students ages 12–18 who want to know God and be awakened to the joy of impacting their generation with His power.
Awakening Teen Camp Sessions
Awakening Teen Camp Session I & II are focused on teaching teens about their identity in God, intimacy with Jesus, and intercession, that they would have a lasting impact for the kingdom of God. Teens spend time in the prayer room, participate in electives, have fun in various activities, and engage in worship and preaching times every evening.
Each ATC session is separated into a Senior High Camp and a Junior High Camp, each having their own daily activities, schedule, and housing. All teens will come together for the main ATC evening sessions. Teens ages 12–14 will be placed in the Junior High Camp; teens ages 15–18 will join the Senior High Camp.
Awakening Teen Camp Music Academy
Awakening Teen Camp Music Academy I & II are focused on leadership development and learning how to be involved in leading a prayer meeting as a singer, musician, or intercessor. Teens will have the opportunity to serve on worship teams and lead prayer meetings in IHOPKC’s Justice Prayer Room. Teens will also receive hands-on training from IHOPKC leaders during afternoon seminars and workshops focusing on voice, various instruments, songwriting, worship leading, intercession, and more.
ATC @ Fascinate
ATC @ Fascinate is a camp session specifically for teens wanting to attend the Fascinate high school conference. Housing, food, supervision, and transportation during the conference are included in this camp session.
