The International House of Prayer’s Children’s Ministry Conference equips and empowers pastors, parents, and leaders to pursue the knowledge of God, passion for Jesus, and enjoyable prayer and to teach children to do the same.
Session topics include changing traditional views of children’s ministry and learning methods for teaching children to walk out kingdom truths. We share resources that have unlocked many children’s hearts for intimacy with God through prayer, praise, power, and the prophetic.

Abandoned on a street corner by his mother at the age of 12, young Bill Wilson sat and waited for her at that corner for three days. She never came back. A Christian layman who was on his way home from work stopped to help him and take him to church camp. It was at this camp that he gave his life to Christ.
This was the start of his incredible walk with God—one that would affect hundreds of thousands of lives all over the world. Pastor Bill established Metro World Child (formerly Metro Ministries) in 1980 in what was one of New York City’s roughest neighborhoods, most commonly known for its history of gang violence, crime, drugs, and poverty. Pastor Bill’s unique concepts of outreach and Sunday School programs, along with training courses and curriculum development, are now replicated globally.

Patricia is the author of three books: Convergence, Raising Burning Hearts and A Lifestyle of Divine Encounters. Ray and Lisa Stribling are the founders and directors of Hope City. They carry the heart and mandate to see the transforming power of God come into the inner city through night and day prayer and love in action. Ray and Lisa have over 20 years of experience in jail and street ministry, prayer ministry, housing for the addicted and feeding the poor. They have the courage and the heart to stand in the gap, and see others given an opportunity to succeed as they have been given. The Striblings have a high level of commitment to the task at hand. Ray also serves as the President of the Board of Directors.
Their vision is to see houses of prayer raised up throughout the inner cities of America that serve and love their local communities and to create atmospheres of enjoyable prayer and worship available for all. They desire to see community centers operating from the place of prayer to help struggling neighborhoods to serve the needs of the troubled youth, the addicted, the broken and the homeless. Their goal is to see each person who receives from their ministry walking in their true identity in God, leading productive, self-managing, independent lifestyles, and playing an active role in the Body of Christ.
