All CEC tracks are held in Children’s Equipping Center facilities close to where the adult sessions are held.

Have your volunteers and staff been through an application and background check process?
Yes; the safety of your child is our top priority. Anyone who is involved in any capacity with CEC has gone through a rigorous application process, complete with reference calls and background checks.

What type of safety precautions does your team employ during the conference?
When you check in, you (parent/guardian) and your child(ren) will each be given a wristband with a security number. In order to pick up a child, the parent/guardian and child must both show their wristbands to ensure the numbers match. During check-in we have you fill out a medical release form that alerts us to any special needs, allergies, etc. that your child might have. We also take your personal phone number in case we need to call you about your child during any of the sessions. One of our staff members will be at the check-in table during each of the sessions to monitor who is going into each session. Anyone who is not a parent/guardian or has not been pre-approved will not be allowed into the CEC facility/room.
