Do I receive a receipt for my gifts to the International House of Prayer?
Yes. A receipt of your gifts is sent to you in two ways, monthly and annually*. You can choose either electronic or hard-copy receipts. Please contact our office to update your statement preferences. You will receive a monthly electronic receipt via email showing a summary of your gifts from the previous month. If you have given more than $25 in a calendar year and have a US address, we will automatically generate an annual tax-deductible giving statement for you at the close of each year. A hard-copy will be mailed to you by January of the following year. (*Quarterly statements are available upon request.)
Can I change the date of my monthly donation?
Yes, you can change the donation date by contacting our office.
What if my giving statement is incorrect?
If you discover that your gifts are not accurately reflected on your annual tax statement or monthly electronic receipt, email email@example.com to ask questions about your giving statement.
How do I change the amount of my monthly gift?
The process for changing your monthly giving amount is easiest if you log into your online user portal at my.ihopkc.org. For assistance in accessing your donor portal, please contact our office. You can also make changes to your giving account by contacting us directly. Our Partners staff can make changes quickly and efficiently over the phone or by email.

Can I choose a date for my donations to be deducted?
Yes. You can designate the day you want your monthly gift deducted from your credit card when you sign up online. Your credit or debit card will be auto-deducted on the day of your choice, for example, the 15th of every month.
Why do you have to ask for my credit card information again if I have already given it?
In order to keep your credit card information secure, we assign an authorization code for it. This authorization code is stored in our system, but your actual credit card number is not. While it may seem redundant, it maximizes the security of your credit card.

How do International House of Prayer staff members support themselves financially?
Our staff members commit to raise their own financial support through the development of a team of personal partners. They communicate with their home churches, family, and friends, and cast the vision for the raising up of full-time worshipers and intercessors. When possible, we love to help support our full-time missionaries with small missionary stipends. Your gifts make that possible.
Will you automatically debit my bank account or credit card each month?
You can sign up online to have your gift come through as an auto-deduction from your debit or credit card each month. If you don’t have a Partners account, you can simply follow this link to our giving site, where you can activate your Partners account. If you feel more comfortable giving monthly by check, please make your check out to “IHOPKC” and mail to “3535 E. How much does it cost to operate the prayer room per day?
It costs approximately $13,000 per twenty-four hour period to operate the prayer room. This is for three categories of expenses, and is not indicative of the cost of the rest of the missions base operations or ministries.
Can I give online?
Yes. You can follow this link to our online donations page, or you can read more about ways to donate. On the donations page, you can select a gift—either a one-time gift or a monthly gift—for the amount you feel the Lord has placed on your heart. You can set up your monthly gift to be auto-deducted from your debit or credit card on a specific day each month. You can access your account at any time if you wish to give a one-time gift to other areas of need on the missions base.
Are worship leaders, singers, and musicians supported with any of my donations?
Yes. We provide small stipends to some full-time staff as needed. Our staff build their own financial support team of individuals who partner with them financially and in prayer. As we are able, we help these worshipers and intercessors with small missionary stipends as they pour themselves out day by day before the Lord. As intercessory missionaries, we commit to living a fasted lifestyle of simplicity so that we might give more.
I would like to support the Missions Base. Do all of my donations directly support the Missions Base?
Yes. No matter the amount of your gift, 100 percent of the funds go directly to the International House of Prayer Missions Base. This includes everything from the practical operation of the prayer room to helping support full-time intercessors, worship leaders, singers and musicians, and support staff.
Where is my Best of Prayer Room subscription?

When will Mike Bickle’s next book come out?
We do not know whether or not Mike Bickle will release another book. If he does, it will be available on our website for purchase. You can contact email@example.com if you would like to be added to our email list.
Do you offer any sort of wholesale account?
Yes. If you represent a House of Prayer, Church, Christian Bookstore, or another sort of ministry, you may apply for a wholesale account. Anyone who is approved for a wholesale account has access to our products at a discounted rate. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a wholesale application. Subject to approval or denial on a case by case basis.
Are there any new music CDs out for the artist I like?
All available CDs are on our website for purchase. If you do not see what you are looking for and would like to make further inquiry, please contact email@example.com.
Do you offer any sort of bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts when you order 10 or more of the same item. You will need to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to place a special order for discounts to apply.

- 20 to 39 copies of the same item – 10% off entire order
- 40 to 99 copies of the same item – 15% off entire order

The item I ordered does not work. What should I do?

What is your refund policy?
Refunded are decided on a case by case basis. Generally, we do not offer refunds unless we have made a mistake.
Can you send us some free product?
Whereas we would love to be able to send out free materials to everyone, the products we carry are not free for us to produce, sell, or send out. Therefore, there is a limit on how much we can give away. Please send a request to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will requests on a case by case basis. Most requests will be denied or altered. Some may be fulfilled, as we are able.
What is the difference between priority mail and media mail shipping?
Media mail is the most cost effective way of shipping, but is limited to media items (such as Books, CDs, or Teaching Series) and takes several business days longer. Most shipments from here take around 6 business days using media mail, but this can vary.
Priority mail is faster than media mail, getting items to most places in the United States in only 2-3 business days. However, priority mail costs more than media mail as well. All non-media items (such as clothing items, water bottles, and coffee mugs) are shipped via priority mail by default.
My order arrived but a product is missing. What should I do?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com to receive assistance. It is helpful to include your order number and state what product is missing and how many of them. Please be sure you did not receive a email from customer service stating there was a delay in your order prior to contacting us.
Can I return or exchange my item?

How long will my order take to arrive?
We will generally ship out your order the next business day after it is placed. The shipping time depends on various factors, including the type of shipping you selected, how far away you live, and what type of product was ordered. See below:
- Media Mail – Up to 10 business days, depending on your location. Only available for books, CD, and other media items. Not available for clothing items or other non-media products. This is the option used for free shipping when applicable.
- Priority Mail – Up to 4 business days, depending on your location.
- International – Length of time varies greatly, from a few business days to up to a maximum of 99 business days.

What long-term training programs are available?
The four internships (Onething Internship, Intro to IHOPKC, Fire in the Night, Simeon Company) are three or six months long and accommodate all seasons of life. Our desire is to see each intern build strong relationships and lifelong friendships. The purpose of the internships is to further prepare individuals of all ages as intercessors, worshipers, messengers, singers, and musicians for the growing worship, prayer, and missions movement throughout the nations of the earth.
International House of Prayer University combines biblical training with practical discipleship and ministry experience for students who want to encounter God in His Word in an environment of 24/7 worship-based prayer. Our onsite schools of ministry, music, and media as well as our online school that include series courses, individual classes, for-credit and audit course available throughout the year. What short-term training programs are available?
Weekends at IHOPKC is a three-day “taste and see” experience for all who desire to encounter God, be strengthened in their spiritual life, and be further equipped for ministry in the power of the Spirit. Check-in for the program is on Friday night at the Encountering God Service. The program ends on Sunday afternoon. There is not a children’s track available but children 10 and under may attend for free with their parents.
Immerse is eight days of immersion into life at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City. This program is designed for singles, couples, and families with children, the Immerse program is perfect for all who desire to encounter God, be refreshed and strengthened in their spiritual lives, and be equipped to impact this generation. Children ages 1–12 (one-year-olds must be walking) may participate in our Children’s Equipping Center (CEC) tracks throughout the week from 9am to 12pm Monday through Friday. Children’s tracks are held in a different building from the adult sessions; transportation of children to and from CEC sessions is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians. The cost of CEC tracks for Immerse is $100. You may register your child(ren) with CEC when you register yourself. Children must be registered by the Saturday before the start date of the Immerse program.

Is healing ministry available while I am visiting?
Upon arrival, you may register at the Healing Rooms sign-in desk, located in the Global Prayer Room foyer, or at the desk near the communion table in the Global Prayer Room. We suggest that you sign in at the beginning of a session as we sometimes fill up quickly. Once you have registered, you will be guided to a designated area in the Global Prayer Room for a time of silent prayer before you receive focused prayer for your request. Is it possible to receive prophetic ministry while I am visiting?

I am visiting for the weekend, are there services that I can attend?
Our weekly Encountering God Service takes place on Friday evenings from 6–9pm. This service includes a time of worship followed by teaching and is open to the public. There are classes are available for children ages 1-12 from 6–9pm at our Children’s Equipping Center. Current Series: Mike Bickle is teaching an 8-part series on “Eternal Rewards” (June 9–August 11). How can I request prayer?
You can request prayer via an online form or by phone. To leave a voicemail prayer, please call (816) 763-0200 and dial extension 2506. To submit a prayer request via our online form, please visit http://www.ihopkc.org/prayer-request/
Can I download worship content?
Unfortunately, because of music licensing, we are unable to provide free downloads for any of our worship content.
How do I view or listen on my phone?
The best way to access our content from your Apple, Android, Windows, or Amazon device is to use our free app. Find it by searching for ‘International House of Prayer’ in the App or Play Store.
If you are experiencing issues with your IHOPKC app, be sure it is updated. If you continue to experience problems, try deleting and reinstalling the app as this often will help with functionality.
Can I view content on television?
To view our live and on demand content on your TV, you can view through our channel on the Roku device.
First add our channel by searching for ‘IHOPKC’ on the device. Once the channel has been added, open the channel and you will be prompted to authenticate. Go to this website on your computer or mobile device. (if using a smart TV do not access the website using your TV): http://roku.ihopkc.org Enter in the code to access the channel.
Is is possible to listen to Live or archived videos?
To access our audio-only live stream for the Prayer Room and for our Weekend Services, hover over the bottom of the video player to activate the player controls:
- Click on the gear icon to open the viewing options.
- Select the “Audio (64K)” option to start the audio player.
- The player will transition to the audio-only stream and display a thumbnail image in the video area. Toggle back to video using the same steps.
What if I am experiencing constant buffering, stopping, or skipping of the video?
If you are experiencing constant buffering, freezing, and/or stopping while viewing our live stream, here are a few items for you to try:
- Often shutting down and reopening your browser will help with these problems.
- These types of problems can be the result of the speed of your internet or perhaps inconsistencies in your internet or wifi connection. Follow these steps to adjust and lock into a lower bit-rate or screen resolution:
- Move your cursor over the player to activate the video controls:
- Click on the gear icon, which is to the right of the volume icon.
- A menu will appear. It will most likely be set to “Auto” which means that our player is auto-detecting the speed at which to stream the video.
- To help with the problems you are experiencing, we suggest choosing the “480” resolution to start with. This will lock you into this bit-rate.
- If you continue to have buffering or other issues, you can try the “240” screen resolution. You can also try to lock into the “720” resolution if you are having good results. After a bit of trial and error, you can discover what resolution will work best for you.
- NOTE: It may take up to 60 seconds for the resolution to switch to the one you have selected

Recommended Internet Browsers:
Which internet browser you are using is going to have a serious effect on your viewing experience. The browser we recommend for viewing is Google Chrome. Chrome comes with a built-in Flash Player that is updated with each Chrome update to insure the plugin will function properly for those still using older operating systems. Generally, we have the least about of problems viewing within Chrome. If you would prefer to use a different internet browser we would also suggest Firefox or Safari for Mac users.
If you are using Internet Explorer, we strongly recommend using one of our recommended browsers. Internet Explorer does not follow many modern web standards and can be very difficult to work with.
Using Windows 7, OS X 6 or Older:
Our video player may not function properly if you are using Windows 7, OS X 6, or older operating systems. We recommend using the current versions of Windows or Apple operating systems with the current version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
