Instructions for Online Submission

  1. Submit the online application form accessible through the link below. Payment of the $50 non-refundable application fee is a required step in submitting this form. You may only pay the fee with a credit card if you submit your application online.

  3. You will be asked to submit a high school/secondary school diploma/transcripts or official GED certificate. This requirement does not apply to Simeon Company applicants.

If you would prefer to mail your application, please contact this email address to request a PDF:

  1. Upon receiving the internship or school application above follow the instructions for completing all the components of your application for an IHOPU school or internship. All forms, including reference forms and application fee payment form, will be sent.
  2. Mail all forms together in one packet to:

  1. We will contact you to let you know we have received your application, and to arrange a phone interview.
  2. We will generally notify you of your acceptance or denial within thirty days of your phone interview.
  3. Applicants are not accepted to any IHOPU program until they have received an official notification of acceptance from the IHOPU Admissions office.
  4. Accepted students and interns will receive further instructions by email from IHOPU.
