Auditing Courses Most IHOPU courses are available for audit and are found in the IHOPU Audit Course List. Practicums are not available. US Hwy 71, Grandview, MO 64030) IHOPU Registrar’s office located in the administrative offices at the IHOPU campus (Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, (816) 763-0243 x.3301). Bring completed form to the IHOPKC Business office to pay for the course. Bring form and receipt of payment to the IHOPU Registrar located in the administrative offices. The Registrar’s office will enroll you in the lecture course and supply you with an audit voucher. You will need to present this voucher to the course instructor or assistant for admittance to the course. Lecture course audit cost Lecture courses are $175 per course to audit. IHOPKC staff and IHOPU students receive the following discounts: Full-time IHOPKC staff may audit two courses per semester at $50 each. Additional courses cost $175. Part-time IHOPKC staff may audit one course per semester at $50. Additional courses cost $175. Full-time IHOPU faculty and admin staff may audit two courses per semester free of charge. Additional courses cost $175. Part-time IHOPU faculty and admin staff may audit one course per semester free of charge. Additional courses cost $150. IHOPU students who wish to audit pay $175 per course. YWAM staff may audit two courses per semester at $50 each. Additional courses cost $175. Refund Policy for Lecture Course Audit Refund Amount if the Audit Student Withdraws from Class(es) During the first 2 days of classes: 100% During the first week of classes: 90% During the second week of classes: 70% During the third week of classes: 50% After the third week of classes: 0% If you are unable to continue auditing a course, please do the following to receive a refund (based on the timeline above): Complete a Refund Request form with the Financial Services Dept. located in the IHOPU Admin Offices. This form will be sent to the Accounting Dept. and the refund will be processed in the format you paid (by card, amount will be credited back on your card; by cash/check in person, you will be mailed a check). Visiting courses Of the IHOPU courses available for audit, visitors can attend one lecture course up to three times, or one free Music Theory course up to two times. Visitors may not sit in on a group instrument, music production, or advanced course. How to visit a course Sign up at the IHOPU Welcome Center to obtain a visitor permission slip. You must present this slip to the instructor’s assistant in order to visit the class. Assistants are typically seated in the back of the room, near the attendance sheets.
