Non-Credit Media Courses Media courses at IHOPU are skill-based and require full participation. Enrolled non-credit students will receive the same one-on-one attention as IHOPU students do. All students will be expected to engage in class, complete assignments and will be evaluated through tests and quizzes. Download a Non-Credit Media Enrollment Form or pick one up at the following locations: The IHOPKC Business office (3535 E. Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, MO 64137) The Global Prayer Room Welcome Center (3535 E. Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, MO 64137) IHOPU Front Desk Welcome Center (12901 S. US Hwy 71, Grandview, MO 64030) IHOPU Registrar’s office located in the administrative offices at the IHOPU campus (Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, (816) 763-0243 x.3301). Obtain enrollment approval and an FMI administrator signature on the Enrollment Form. Bring completed form to the IHOPKC Business office to pay for the course (FMI administrator signature required). Bring form and receipt of payment to the IHOPU Registrar located in the administrative offices. The Registrar’s office will enroll you in the media course and supply you with an enrollment voucher. You will need to present this voucher to the course instructor or assistant for admittance to the course. Non-credit media course cost Media courses are $600 per course. IHOPKC staff and IHOPU students receive the following discounts: Full-time IHOPKC staff may enroll in two courses per semester at $300 each. Additional courses cost $600. Part-time IHOPKC staff may enroll in one course per semester at $300. Additional courses cost $600. Full-time IHOPU faculty and administrative staff may enroll in two courses per semester at $300 each. Additional courses cost $600. Part-time IHOPU faculty and administrative staff may enroll in one course per semester at $300. Additional courses cost $600. IHOPU students who wish to enroll pay $600 per course. YWAM staff may enroll in two courses per semester at $300 each. Additional courses cost $600. Refund policy for non-credit media course Refund Amount if the Non-Credit Media Student Withdraws from Class(es): During the first 2 days of classes: 100% During the first week of classes: 90% During the second week of classes: 70% During the third week of classes: 50% After the third week of classes: 0% If you are unable to continue auditing a non-credit media course, please do the following to receive a refund (based on the timeline above): Complete a Refund Request form with the Financial Services Dept. located in the IHOPU Admin Offices. This form will be sent to the Accounting Dept. and the refund will be processed in the format you paid (by card, amount will be credited back on your card; by cash/check in person, you will be mailed a check).
