What to Expect Cost and Payment Process » Registration » Accommodation and Transportation » Teens and Children » International Participants » Cost and Payment Process The cost is $199 per participant, and includes program costs and materials, but not housing, food, or travel expenses. If you apply and are accepted to an IHOPKC internship within six months of completing Immerse, your entire registration will be applied toward the cost of tuition in an internship. Payment in full is due with registration. If you register online, you will need to pay online also. If you would like to pay when you arrive, please wait to register until you arrive. Please note that if you register when you arrive, the cost will be $220 per participant. Registration Anyone above age 18, at any stage of life, is welcome. Accommodation and Transportation Accommodation is not provided. Please see IHOPKC Visitor Information » We provide a free shuttle service to take Immerse participants between the locations of teaching sessions and the Global Prayer Room. Participants without a vehicle need to arrange their own transportation to the Red Bridge Center so they can catch the shuttle to Orientation and to the first session of each day of the program. Please note that children under the age of five are not permitted to ride our shuttles. Teens and Children Teens ages 13–17 are welcome to participate in Immerse, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Cost for teens, like adults, is $199. Children ages 1–12 may participate in our Children’s Equipping Center (CEC) tracks throughout the week from 9am to 12pm Monday through Friday. Children’s tracks are held in a different building from the adult sessions; transportation of children to and from CEC sessions is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians. The cost of CEC tracks for Immerse is $100. You may register your child(ren) with CEC when you register yourself. Children must be registered by the Saturday before the start date of the Immerse program. Please note: CEC tracks are not available for the Immerse program in June, August, November, or December. Read more about our Children’s Equipping Center » Internet Access Access to the Internet is not necessary once you arrive, but it is helpful. Wireless Internet is available on most IHOPKC properties, but it is often slow. International Participants Immerse is a program of the International House of Prayer, not an IHOPU school or internship. This means international participants do not require a student visa. If your country participates in the Visa Waiver Program with the US, you do not need a visa to attend Immerse. If your country is not part of the Visa Waiver Program, you will need to apply for a visa. We suggest that you do not purchase flights, book accommodation, or request a visa until you have received confirmation of registration.
