Salesforce Administrator

WORK HOURS: Full-Time Position

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IHOPKC is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual who is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data, as well as administrating the Salesforce database. This role is a part of our development team that develops and manages IHOPKC’s CRM. Salesforce responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data cleansing and de-duping, setting user permissions, process automation, support of data integrity initiatives, and oversight of multiple databases.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Salesforce (minimum of 3+ years preferred)
  • Previous work experience as a Data Analyst
  • Strong math and analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) and present findings
  • Ability to collaborate and work on a team
  • Understanding of business processes

EDUCATION

College degree or equivalent preferred

REMUNERATION

IHOPKC Staff operate as designated support raisers as part of IHOPKC staff, however there is also a missionary stipend connected to this position which can be discussed at interview.
