After receiving clear direction from the Lord, we have decided to bring Onething Orlando to its completion. As we are launching into a season of resetting our priorities, this January conference will be called Reset Gathering. Come and lean into Jesus with us!
We are stepping away from business as usual to pursue Christ with a new level of focus and abandon. In this reset year for the house of prayer, we are making room for Him to speak, as we worship and wait on Him.
Here is the call—come away with us for a time of resetting our priorities around the consuming reality of Jesus’ worthy preeminence. Come and join us!
Mike Bickle is the director of the International House of Prayer, an evangelical missions organization based on 24/7 prayer with worship. He is also the founder of International House of Prayer University, which includes full-time ministry, music, and media schools.
Mike’s teaching emphasizes growing in passion for Jesus through intimacy with God, doing evangelism and missions work from the place of night-and-day prayer, and the end times. He is the author of several books, including Growing in Prayer, Passion for Jesus, God’s Answer to the Growing Crisis, Growing in the Prophetic, and Prayers to Strengthen Your Inner Man. Mike and his wife, Diane, have two married sons and six grandchildren.
In 2001, Diane founded and remains the CEO of a real estate company. At IHOPKC, she serves in the healing rooms and in evangelistic outreaches, oversees aspects of the pastoral care department, and regularly leads prayer meetings. She also speaks at conferences around the nation. Diane has been married to Mike for 40 years and says, “Through the years, our love, friendship, and partnership have grown, as well as our deep respect for one another. We have fun together.” They have two amazing adult sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and five stunning grandchildren who have “stolen Diane’s heart.”
Rolland and Heidi Baker founded Iris Ministry, now Iris Global, in 1980. In 1995 they were called to Mozambique, the poorest country in the world at the time, and began pouring out their lives among abandoned street children. The Holy Spirit moved miraculously in many ways, and a revival movement spread among pastors, churches, and then all throughout Mozambique’s ten provinces. Heidi, who is now “Mama Aida” to thousands of children, oversees a broad holistic ministry that includes Bible schools, medical clinics, church-based orphan care, well drilling, primary schools, evangelistic industries, cottage farms, widows’ programs, and healing outreaches in remote villages that include a network of hundreds of churches. She earned her BA and MA from Southern California College (now Vanguard University) and her PhD from King’s College London. She is calling for a passionate tribe of believers who will pour out their lives for love’s sake and bring children of all ages home to the Father’s embrace.
Carlos Sarmiento is the founder of the Orlando House of Prayer and the Forerunner Messenger Alliance. Carlos has been preaching God’s Word since 1982, both nationally and internationally, all throughout the US, Canada, the Caribbean Islands, South America, and Russia. During his preaching, the ministry of the Holy Spirit has been evident through numerous healings and miracles. Carlos’ messages carry a strong revelation of the grace of God, a deep understanding of God’s love, and a call to a radical life of intimacy and abandonment to God’s purposes. Carlos and his wife, Emily, have been married since 1987 and have raised five beautiful sons and daughters in the ways of the Lord. Together, they serve full time as the executive directors of the Orlando House of Prayer (orlandohop.org), a missions base with 24/7 worship and intercession.
Cheryl Allen is the founder and executive director of Pasadena International House of Prayer (PIHOP). She has a passion to see the Body of Christ fascinated with Jesus—pursuing intimacy with Him, confidently enjoying His voice and following Him wholeheartedly. At the center of PIHOP is a prayer room, where day-and-night worship and prayer happen 20 hours a day, six days a week. Over 50 churches are represented in the weekly worship and prayer teams. Weekly, PIHOP offers prophetic, inner healing, and physically healing prayers for the Body of Christ in LA and their mission community in the world. Equipping happens through intro classes, various internships, Supernatural School of Ministry, and yearly conferences.
Brad and his wife Amy live in South Arlington and have a heart for this generation to enter into wholehearted lifestyles with Christ as center. As director of The Prayer Room Missions Base in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he oversees the various ministries and duties for the leadership and the overall running of this house of prayer. Brad called this group of intercessors into daily prayer meetings in September 2005 the day after the Holy Spirit clearly told him to “start a daily prayer meeting tomorrow morning at 5:00a.m. and don’t stop until I come back.” Brad took that word very seriously and rallied together a small group of believers into daily prayer and worship meetings that have continued since that day. He has a vision to help establish hundreds of thousands throughout DFW to meet daily all over the city in corporate prayer meetings praying for revival and preparing for Jesus’ return.
Gary De Pasquale has been involved in the prayer movement since 2005 and is the founder and director of IHOP Eastern Gate in Metro NY/NJ. He has been in full-time ministry for the past 22 years as a worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor. As a fourth-generation minister, Gary has a unique perspective in understanding the challenges of prayer as an emphasis in the local church as the great need of the hour. His itinerant ministry is fueled by his passion to see the Church prepared as a passionate Bride for the coming of Jesus through worship, intercession, and the bringing forth of the gospel to the lost.
Joanne Gomez has been a foundational leader at the Orlando House of Prayer. God called her into the Prayer Room 15 years ago, to lead worship sets when she didn’t sing or play an instrument. She has been trained by key worship leaders from IHOP Kansas City and is currently bringing leadership to the worship dept. She has trained many musicians and singers in the harp and bowl model . She is inspiring a generation to follow the Holy Spirit, and trust His call into the works and ministry of the Lord.
Edwin Botero is a Worship Leader, Rapper, and Intercessory Missionary at the Orlando House of Prayer. He believes worship is a lifestyle and is calling a generation to walk it out through music, and is raising up singers and musicians who will create sincere music that will bring glory to God. He has led worship at the Orlando House of Prayer for over 13 years. He was featured on Cory Asbury’s album Let Me See Your Eyes , and IHOPKC’s Hold On (Music Inspired by Nefarious, The Documentary) . He also recorded an acoustic worship ep titled “Strumming Strings, Singing Things” and a rap ep titled “Quest“.
We are excited to announce that we will also be hosting a House of Prayer Leadership Gathering as a separate event on the front end of Reset Gathering. This gathering is for anyone currently leading in some capacity at a house of prayer as well as for those who are planning to launch a house of prayer in the near future. Mike Bickle and others will be speaking at this leaders gathering, which will begin Thursday afternoon, January 24. You will need to register separately for these sessions.
