Rob Parker changed our organization. His biblical principles of stewardship, partnership, and giving paved the way for hundreds of our workers to get on the field as full-time missionaries. Without hyperbole, we couldn’t have done it without Rob. This book provides the biblical vision and the practical tools for anyone who seeks to serve full-time as a missionary to develop a financial team. I can’t promise that you won’t feel uncomfortable, but Rob does an excellent job of guiding you to effectively raise financial support and build your team for sustainable growth. – Brian Kim, President, Antioch Center for Training and Sending (ACTS)
Rob Parker’s knowledge in partnership is a gift to the Body of Christ and missionaries all over the world. His teaching has been transformational to my life and our missionary community. This book in many ways breaks culture barriers and allows the Word of God to take its rightful place in the area of partnership. – Brian Barcelona, Founder, One Voice Student Missions
This book is a Godsend for missionaries and those in ministry. Get it. Read it. Its message is deeply empowering, extremely encouraging, and thoroughly biblical. A major game changer in the field of missions. – Joel Richardson, New York Times best-selling author, teacher
Among those who send and those who go, there is a tragic lack of clarity on the issue of finances. If we are going to take the Great Commission seriously, we need to take seriously all that the Bible says about how the Lord of the harvest wants to fund it. Rob Parker has done the Body of Christ a great service in writing this book. I heartily commend it. – Dalton Thomas,
Founder and Director, Frontier Alliance International
Rob’s teaching on biblical partnership is a gift of the Lord to the Body of Yeshua around the world. I saw how well this model works firsthand, proving you don’t need to be well known, have a large audience, or promote yourself—just believe that God has a team for you! – Joel, Israel
We were a “normal” family, living out a “normal” American life, when God called us to serve in Uganda. We had no idea how to begin raising financial support. Without Rob’s wisdom, which he shares in this book, we would have never made it out of the States. We now live in Uganda, serving orphaned and destitute children. We thank God for the wisdom that He imparted to Rob. Not only did the principles in the book give us practical step-by-step guidelines on how to develop partnership, but they also helped give us a biblical mindset for our finances. – Chad and Sarah Spencer, Founders, Fields of Grace Ministries
Rob Parker has prepared a model of support raising that encompasses the holistic love of Jesus through a paradigm shift toward partnership and away from fundraising. It is good stewardship, and it works. Having taught and deployed this content at Bethany International for three years now, I can confidently say it is life-changing material. – Doug Goodmundson, Director of Development, Bethany International
