Signs & Wonders 2024

Training Children to Be Wholeheartedly Devoted to God

Our vision is to see one million children radically committed to Jesus, experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit, and moving in signs and wonders. At our camps, we teach children to:

Know and love God
Children who know they are loved by God will do great exploits for Him. Children develop a love for the Word of God and grow in understanding of the death, resurrection, and second coming of Christ.

Experience the power of the Holy Spirit
We pray together for an Acts 2 outpouring of the Holy Spirit and for children to see Jesus exalted in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods. We teach them to heal the sick, reach the lost, prophesy, and pray for other children.

Love, respect, obey, and honor parents
Children learn to live and love well from Ephesians 5–6 and 1 Corinthians 13.

Live by the Word of God
We encourage children to deepen their knowledge of Jesus and help them proclaim truth boldly.

Encounter God in worship and prayer
The truths of Luke 18 help children purpose to live out their days in a lifestyle of prayer, praise, power, and the prophetic.

Lenny & Tracy La Guardia

For decades, Lenny and Tracy La Guardia have devoted their lives to equipping, empowering, and mobilizing young people, parents, and leaders with the kingdom of God’s truths and relevant strategies for ministry to generations. Together they started the Children’s Equipping Center and have been serving on the executive leadership team at IHOPKC for over two decades, where they direct and oversee all local, national, and international ministries relating to generations. Lenny serves as VP of the Ministries Outreach and Next Generation Division at IHPOKC. He started the Grandview Missouri Police Chaplains in 2007 and serves as the lead chaplain for the Kansas City Police Department. Tracy is the director of Signs & Wonders Camps. Lenny and Tracy’s strategic purpose is to intentionally equip children to thirst after seeing the kingdom of God advanced in the lives of their families, schools, neighborhoods, churches, and nation. They have been married for over 40 years and have five children.

Joshua & Emily Aldy

Joshua and Emily Aldy moved to Kansas City in 2012 to join staff at the International House of Prayer and immediately began ministering with the Children’s Equipping Center. They have been serving at Signs & Wonders Camps in various capacities since that year. They have a passion to see each child at camp know Jesus personally and experience Him in life-changing ways! They are excited to be directing the 6–7-year-olds camps this year and are expectant to see what the Lord will do this summer! Joshua serves on worship teams in the IHOPKC Global Prayer Room, and Emily serves as the Bible teacher for all of the Children’s Equipping Center’s Young Messengers Classes. They have been married for ten years and have four children.

Nadia Bricco

Nadia is the director of the Children’s Equipping Center. She is also the director of the Little Edition camps for 4–5-year-olds. She and her husband, James, have been married for over 20 years and have five children. Before moving to Kansas City to join staff at the International House of Prayer, they lived in the Chicago area, where they spent 10 years heavily involved in youth ministry. Since moving to KC, Nadia has been on a Malachi 4:6 journey, on which the Holy Spirit wrecked her heart for the little ones, awakening in her this cry: “Prepare for Yourself a generation out of these children, Lord, who will seek You alone!”
