Lenny and Tracy La Guardia

For almost three decades, Lenny and Tracy La Guardia have devoted their lives to equipping, empowering, and mobilizing young people, parents, and leaders with kingdom of God truths and relevant strategies for ministry to children today.

Lenny and Tracy serve on the leadership team at the International House of Prayer, where they direct and oversee all local, national, and international ministries relating to children ages 1–12. They have been married over thirty years and have five children: Lenny, Leatha, Andrea, Adrienne, and Shontavion.

Matt and Jana Mills

  • Directors, 6–7 Camps, CEC

Matt and Jana Mills moved to Kansas City in 2010 and joined the staff of the Children’s Equipping Center during their Intro to IHOPKC internship. Working closely with Lenny and Tracy La Guardia, they started the Signs & Wonders Camp for ages 6–7 in 2011, and they have been serving as camp directors since then. They desire to create a fun environment in which children ages 6–7 can meet and grow more in love with Jesus.

Matt serves as the director of Resources & Leadership Development for the Children’s Equipping Center, and Jana serves as director of operations for IHOPKC’s Ministries Division and as executive assistant to Lenny La Guardia. Matt and Jana have been married for nine years and have four young children.

Nadia Bricco

  • Director, Little Edition Camps

Nadia is the director of the Children’s Equipping Center’s Little Edition Camp. She and her husband, James, have been married for 19 years and have four beautiful children. Before moving to Kansas City to join the house of prayer, they lived in the Chicago area, where they spent 10 years heavily involved in youth ministry. Since moving to KC, Nadia has been on a Malachi 4:6 journey, on which the Holy Spirit wrecked her heart for the little ones, awakening a cry: “Prepare for yourself a generation, out of these children, who will seek You alone!”
